The house is situated about a 3 minute drive from the mountain road and about 10 minutes to the mountain and 10 minutes to the village. Walking/back country ski trails are right outside the front door as well as two tennis courts for use. The main floor consists of a mudroom entrance from the garage, kitchen with island, dining area, living room with wood burning stove and TV, bedroom with king-sized bed and bathroom with shower. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms (1 with queen-sized bed, 1 with full-sized bed and 1 with twin-sized bed), bathroom with double sinks and shower/tub. The walkout basement is about 800 square feet with laundry and utility rooms, TV area, desk space and more. An attached two car garage is heated. The house is extremely well insulated and has a very high efficiency (91%) propane boiler. The house is also equipped with a fresh air system (energy recovery ventilation system) for creating a healthy environment. It is an ideal ski chalet for the wintertime both from it's location and warm, cozy feeling. In the summertime, it is equally desirable with its beautiful natural surroundings, deck with BBQ and well appointed, efficiently designed space.
