•We are unable to accept guests with pit bulls or Rottweilers at our pet friendly rental. Breed restrictions are mandated by the insurance company and we are unfortunately unable to make exceptions;

•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM per Town of Truckee regulations;

•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
