Back room and basement are not heated but we have space heaters to use! Our private lake is less than a 10 minute drive. If you’re looking to shop and dine North Conway is an 35 minute drive. Lake Winnepesaukee is about an 25 minute drive where you can dine and shop as well! Enjoy your time in Ossipee at our house.

Usage of Boats is available ! Our boat launch on the beach is not accessible to renters but within a few miles there is a loading dock available to the public to unload. You can also find some boat rentals Within a few miles from the house.
Lake Ossipee is a large lake that has several sandbars to head too for the day and have some fun!
If you’re not interested in renting a boat we have our own private beach! A rope is set up for the perimeter for swimming. Picnic tables are available as well as a volleyball net and swing set! You can also bring your kayaks or canoes to use at our private beach as well as renting if you don’t have your own.
