Negative: (a) water heater not working at times (b) whatsapp messages in the morning asking customers when and what time to check-out instead of giving reminders e.g "Please be reminded that the check-out time is xxxx...." as if they dont welcome customer staying there and want to chase the customer away fast... (c) clogged drain in the bathroom (d) lights too yellowish / dim...should mix abit white or get a warm colour
