Summary: The property is super cozy and CLEAN. We rent yearly in the area and a lot of these old houses can be drafty but this house stayed nice and warm, even with the thermostat set low. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely updated. There are a lot of neat historic details in the house that made it memorable too. It is 5 minutes from the family we were visiting and less than 20 to just about anywhere we wanted to go with the kids (The mall area, the Old Port, etc).
