The house is located on a private lane and has its own beach. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 full baths) and can easily fit up to 8 people. While here feel free to enjoy the canoe, kayak, grill, or fire pit or just sit back and enjoy the view from the 16 foot deck. If you wish to have a night out and wish not to drive you can walk up the lane to Pleasant Inn where there is a restaurant and bar with entertainment on weekends. North Conway is close by (20 minutes) where there are many restaurants and shops along with a host of family friendly activities. During October the Fry-burg Fair is only 10 minutes away. No matter what season you are in this home will accommodate you from swimming, to skiing from fires outside by the waterfront or on cold winter nights inside by the wood stove, to watching the Loons land on the water to ice fishing in the winter.
