Summary: The facility is very good and nice, the staff is wonderful, friendly and always smile. The only things that we have reserved a private pool but unfortunately there is no privacy for Villa and Pooll. I would recommend the facility to remove the word of private because there is no privacy for villa and pool. The pool exposed for the floors and there was a big building under construction in front of the pool and Villa and labor can see the pool. the management moved us to another villa which is similar , no privacy and it was downgrade from the our reservation and no refund, but they gave us a Voucher for Massage, which is nice.
