Two-story, townhouse with open floorplan. Tastefully decorated with living /dining area, full kitchen with plenty of wares, and a powder room on the first floor. Master Suite and two additional bedrooms and hall bath with step in shower. Enjoy your privacy on the charming screened-in deck that backs up to tree line. Gas grill.
Literally a couple of minutes to the beach, downtown area and shopping. Or walk down the street to the beautiful pool, facilities and picnic tables. Just beyond the pool over a small foot bridge is a tennis court. This home is located in Bethany Meadows--a very nice community just up the road from the Sea Colony West resort (1 mi from the tennis courts)–-but it is much less congested and offers privacy and respite from the summer crowds. And because it costs much less, this rental is a 'best value for the money'.
Pet Friendly - Policy: Up to 2 small, NON-SHEDDING dogs that are 25 lbs or less and over two years old with proof of shots (including Bordatella) and flea/tick maintenance. ***SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS***. There is an additional fee and it is recommended to crate pets when left alone (in a strange place).
A flat insurance fee of $59 is required and covers damages up to $1500.
