The pool area is outfitted with outdoor pool furniture, consisting of six chaise loungers with tables, six deep seating chairs with tables, and two dining tables that seat six each.
There is also exterior and strand lighting for the under-house dining area, so you can serve up lunch or dinner just outside the pool area without having to change out of wet bathing suits.
The large, screened porch downstairs and the covered porch upstairs both extend fully across the ocean-view side of the house and have ample outdoor space with plenty of seating to enjoy the ocean breeze.
Other outdoor amenities include a charcoal grill, renovated outside shower with hot and cold water, an area to charge a golf cart and plenty of covered parking.
Inside, the open-plan, first-floor living area features reclining microfiber couches and generous windows that make it possible to enjoy exceptional ocean views from practically anywhere in the house.
