Two additional bedrooms on the second floor, each with their en-suite full bathroom. Bonus bedroom downstairs, with a queen-size bed, sun-drenched with views on the terrace.
Heated pool (40x20 ft.), deck and screened-in porch as well as a detached two-car garage. Pool can be gated at renter's request. Six bicycles are available. The house is located in a dead-end street, therefore very quiet and safe for children.
No ticks! The property is surrounded by deer fence, which keep the deer away, so minimal risk of tick bites. This optimally protects guests against Lyme disease.
