This is a spacious 4 BR, 3 bath, 2 outdoor shower house that offers views and relaxation for your family. Your peaceful beach getaway awaits in Corneille Estates located on Fire Island near the town of Ocean Beach. Corneille Estates is a small community that is linked by wooden pathways surrounded by bamboo and trees. It is exactly one block from Ocean Beach giving its residence an easy and quick access to the town which has many great restaurants, bars, shops and the town's ferry. This spacious home has room for 2 families (We prefer renting to families but are open to mature groups of people who like to have a quiet and pleasant beach vacation together). Updated with brand new appliances for summer 2025, this house is the perfect retreat. Two levels of new mahogany decking offer enough room for guests to spread out and enjoy the space, separately or together. The upper level provides views of the Great South Bay and bamboo treetops that makes you feel like you are all alone on the island The upper deck also has a BBQ grill, outdoor dining table and a comfortable sectional couch. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower which is right outside the main bedroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom. Kitchen and living room space are on the same upper level offering views from floor to ceiling windows. 2 sliding doors open to the deck. The lower deck also has plenty of hang out space with outdoor couches, darts, ring toss, another outdoor shower and a shed that holds beach chairs, beach umbrellas, wagon and beach games. Inside the lower level there are 3 more bedrooms. One with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. One with twin over full bunk bed and one with 2 twin bunk beds. Shared bathroom for bunk bedrooms is right outside in the hallway. Washer/Dryer also located on this floor. The beach is an 8 minute walk on a shaded wooden walkway and is less strict than Ocean Beach which is one block over. The center of the town of Ocean Beach is 10 minute leisure walk which has amazing restaurants, bars, shops and a happening playground right on the bay (next to Maguires so you can enjoy dinner and kids can run off and play while you enjoy the sunset). Ocean Beach Ferry is also right in town. We provide 4 adult bikes and 2 kid bikes, one large wagon and one medium wagon. We require a $1,000 security deposit upon booking. We also have a 4 night minumum (Wednesday to Sunday) for those who can't take the whole week off. Our 4 night rental is our most popular booking!
