New granite kitchen, Keurig coffee maker ( you can bring pods or a coffee bag we have a fillable k cup for ground coffee) Stocked with kitchen & cooking essentials. Dining table w/6 chairs. The first floor has lots of areas to chill out and relax, including the living room, dining area, eat-in-kitchen, heated and enclosed porch, and a den off the back deck that's so cozy. Full bath with a new tub/shower, and the washer/dryer are on the first floor. Extra bedding & pillows for added comfort. All bedrooms and the 3/4 bath are on the 2nd floor. Please keep in mind that this home is located in close proximity to neighbors who work and also like to sleep at night. We have a no-party policy, no fireworks, and ask you to be respectful of the neighbors. Partially fenced yard, plenty of parking! Enjoy your stay!
