This duplex has been converted to a single family home with a large open-concept living space. It boasts awesome features, like exposed brick and screened porch with hammock. Fully equipped kitchen, enough bedding for 12, WiFi, TV, Roku, and washer & dryer included. This is perfect for game days, military families, or traveling contractors & professionals. Pets allowed!
The Space:
Originally, this home was a duplex and has since been converted to a single-family house with a large living space. Guests can expect two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two extra sleeping spaces in the living room (two curtained-off spaces with a daybed), two full sofa beds, and a screened porch!

All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
