Lincoln/Loon Mtn is approximately a 25-minute drive, while Cannon Mtn and Franconia Notch are about 35 minutes away.

* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks
* There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
